Comments about Hamilton Beach Deep Fryer:

I love this item. I was reluctant when I saw the break away cord, but I know that's what the experts recommend. It didn't seem stable and I thought that I would be constantly replugging it back into the fryer. I have never had any problems with the cord.

I have fried everything from fish to chicken to fries and it doesn't leave an old residue from the fish taste on the fries. I love this product!
