Not for every hand . . .

Comments about Dansk Umbra Flatware Collection:

. . . but for the slow food afficianado - a boon to the eye, the table and food itself. Beautifully balanced and - once you get the hang of it's slight shifts with the weight of food on it - an uncommon ehancement to the dining experience. \n\nI have offered the utensils to only two diners, both of whom commented admiringly on the pleasure of using them. I'll unveil the whole setting to the gathering this Thanksgiving and relish the reactions, even - perhaps - some less than positive remarks.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
