I like making homemade noodles but don't like having to let this appliance dry and then having to wipe the flour off, I would prefer getting it wet and cleaning it properly. Can't stainless steel be an option in making one of these?

I couldn't believe how fast it came. I ordered it one day and in two days I had it. Works great, although a bit hard to clean up when making the tiny noodles. Great for lasagna and for making the dough ready to cut the noodles.
