The Alfi Aroma Compact Tea Filter will fit nearly all Alfi carafes and other tea jugs. The tea filter is constructed with a polypropylene frame and stainless steel filter foil with special pores (etched). The pores are of an ideal diameter – large enough to ensure a full development of the taste and small enough to hold back small parts. Due to the filter size, the tea can develop full flavor. Cover the filter with the lid while brewing to avoid taste and heat losses. The lid functions as a dripping plate where you can leave the filter after brewing.
